Novelarithiq Learning without borders

Learning that fits how you actually think

We started Novelarithiq in 2015 because online education felt too rigid. Students were getting stuck in generic courses that didn't match their pace or learning style.

So we built something different. A platform where you can jump between group sessions when you want collaboration, or book individual time when you need focused help. The instructors adapt to you, not the other way around.

2015

Started with a question

Three educators tested a prototype with 40 students across eight time zones. The feedback was clear: people wanted control over their learning path without sacrificing instructor access.

2018

Built the scheduling engine

We developed a system that lets students switch between group and individual sessions without complicated booking processes. It handles time zones automatically and connects you with available instructors within hours.

2023

Expanded instructor network

Our roster now includes specialists from 34 countries. Students get matched based on learning goals and schedule compatibility rather than just subject matter.

How our platform actually works

Group sessions run at scheduled times with up to 12 students. You can ask questions, work through problems together, and see how others approach the same material. Most sessions are 90 minutes with a 10-minute break.

Individual lessons give you direct instructor time. Book them when you're stuck on something specific or want to move faster through material you already partially understand. Sessions are 45 or 60 minutes.

The platform tracks what you've covered in both formats, so instructors can pick up where you left off. You're not repeating explanations or missing prerequisite concepts.

What makes this different from standard courses

We focus on flexibility and instructor interaction rather than pre-recorded content. The technology supports teaching, it doesn't replace it.

Mixed learning modes

Switch between group sessions for discussion and individual lessons for focused work. You're not locked into one format for an entire course.

Timezone coordination

The system automatically converts session times to your local clock. Group sessions are offered at multiple times throughout the day to accommodate different regions.

Progress tracking

Instructors see what you've covered in previous sessions. They can adjust pacing and skip material you've already grasped without needing you to explain your background every time.

Direct communication

Message your instructors between sessions with questions or clarifications. Most respond within 6 hours during their working day.

Built by people who understand learning bottlenecks

Our team includes former classroom teachers, curriculum designers, and developers who spent years working with educational institutions. We know where students get stuck and what kinds of support actually help them move forward.

What we prioritize

Instructor quality

Every instructor goes through a teaching demonstration and peer review before joining. We look for clarity in explanations and the ability to adapt to different learning speeds.

Realistic pacing

Course structures assume students need time to practice and make mistakes. We don't cram six months of material into four weeks and call it efficient.

Technical reliability

Video sessions run on infrastructure designed for education, not general conferencing. Audio quality and screen sharing perform consistently, even during peak hours across multiple regions.
