Questions about our courses
We've compiled answers to the most common questions students ask before enrolling. If you need more details about course structure, scheduling, or technical requirements, you'll find specific information below.
Course structure and content
Most courses run between 8 and 12 weeks with 2-3 sessions per week. Each session lasts 90 minutes for group classes or 60 minutes for individual instruction. You'll get access to recorded sessions, practice materials, and project templates. The structure includes live instruction, hands-on exercises, and regular feedback cycles.
Yes, you can adjust your learning format after the first two weeks. Some students start with group sessions to build foundational knowledge, then switch to individual coaching for specific challenges. The pricing adjusts proportionally based on remaining sessions.
All sessions are recorded and available within 2 hours. You'll also receive session notes and assignments. For individual sessions, you can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Group sessions can't be rescheduled, but you won't fall behind with recordings and materials.
You need a computer with reliable internet (5 Mbps minimum), a microphone, and preferably a webcam. Most courses require specific software which we list before enrollment. Technical courses may need 8GB RAM and modern processors. We provide setup guides and test sessions before courses start.
Plan for 4-6 hours per week outside sessions for practice, assignments, and projects. This varies by course complexity and your current skill level. Students who complete practice exercises typically progress faster and retain concepts better than those who only attend sessions.
Advanced courses list specific prerequisites on their pages. We offer assessment tests to verify your readiness. If you're close but not quite ready, we can recommend preparatory materials or bridge sessions to fill knowledge gaps before the course starts.
Yes, you receive a certificate after completing all sessions and assignments. The certificate includes course details, duration, and topics covered. It's not an accredited qualification but demonstrates completed coursework and acquired skills. Some employers recognize our certificates for portfolio purposes.
You retain access to recordings, materials, and resources for 12 months after course completion. This includes all updates made to materials during that period. After 12 months, you can purchase extended access or download materials for offline reference.
Full refund available within the first week if you attend fewer than 2 sessions. After that, refunds are prorated based on remaining sessions minus a 15% administrative fee. Technical issues on our end don't count toward the session limit for refund purposes.
Group sessions are capped at 12 students to maintain interaction quality. Smaller groups get more instructor attention, but larger groups offer diverse perspectives and peer learning. We balance groups based on skill levels to keep everyone engaged without anyone feeling left behind.
